Where do we ship from?
Most physical shop orders are shipped from Portugal.
Orders to Israel containing vinyl or handwritten transcriptions ship from Portugal. Other orders ship locally from Israel.
Clothing and other Printful-made items are fulfilled separately by Printful and show their own shipping options at checkout.
We process and fulfill orders within 4 business days. Delivery times below are after dispatch and may vary by location and local postal services.
Estimated Delivery Times (After dispatch):
• Portugal: standard post, 2-6 business days after dispatch.
• European Union: tracked post, 3-8 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom: tracked post, 4-9 business days after dispatch.
• Switzerland and Norway: tracked post, 5-12 business days after dispatch.
• United States: tracked post, 5-11 business days after dispatch. Import duties are prepaid in Portugal and included in the shipping cost.
• Canada, Australia, Japan, and other non-EU destinations: tracked post, 6-13 business days after dispatch.
• Israel: local orders take 4-9 days after dispatch. Orders containing vinyl or handwritten transcriptions ship from Portugal by tracked post, 6-13 business days after dispatch.

Tracking & Shipping Options
• Tracking is included for EU, US, and non-EU shipments.
• Portugal usually uses standard post unless another method is shown at checkout.

• Once an order leaves our hands, delivery time is subject to local postal services, and we have limited control over the exact arrival date.
Customs & Import Fees
• For orders to the United States, import duties are prepaid in Portugal and included in the shipping cost.
• For other international destinations, customers may be responsible for import taxes or customs fees depending on local regulations.
Vinyl Handling & Packaging
• All vinyl records ship together with other items in your order.
• Each vinyl record is removed from its jacket and placed in a protective plastic sleeve outside the jacket, then securely packed in a purpose-made cardboard record mailer with cardboard stiffeners added as needed.
