Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped from Israel using the Israeli postal service. We process and fulfill orders within 3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and local postal services.

For customers in Portugal , we now ship locally with tracking to avoid customs fees.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Fulfillment)

• Europe: 7-18 days after fulfillment

• North America: 7-21 days after fulfillment

• Israel: 4-10 business days after fulfillment

• Far East & Australia: 11-28 days after fulfillment

• Rest of the World: Up to 4 weeks after fulfillment

Tracking & Shipping Options

• Tracking is only available for certain shipping options and countries.

• Some countries may have express shipping options for an additional cost.

• Once an order leaves our hands, delivery time is subject to local postal services, and we have limited control over the exact arrival date.

Customs & Import Fees

• Customers may be responsible for import taxes or customs fees depending on local regulations.

Vinyl Handling & Packaging

• All vinyl records ship together with other items in your order (for example CD+Vinyl order).

• Each vinyl is carefully removed from its jacket, placed in a protective plastic sleeve, and securely packed with reinforced cardboard to ensure safe arrival.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Changes

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. If it has already been sent, we can only assist if the package is returned to us.
